🤝 Following our earlier meeting in South Korea in late November 2024 and the Expansion Phase of the Shrimp Shell Upcycling Project, on December 14, 2024, VNF and Tepbac officially entered into a strategic partnership aimed at promoting sustainable solutions for shrimp farmers 🧑🏻🌾👩🏻🌾.
In the short term, both parties will focus on:
1️⃣ Promoting the Shrimp Shell Upcycling Project to shrimp farms through Tepbac’s extensive database.
2️⃣ Introducing and providing technical assistance for the application of bio-solutions derived from shrimp by-products to enhance farming efficiency.
🌟 A highlight of today’s signing ceremony was the inspiring entrepreneurial journey of Tepbac’s founders, Mr. Phong Tran and Mr. Lam Nguyen. Both have been involved in shrimp farming since childhood, experiencing many ups and downs along the way. This background has given them valuable insights and a deep understanding of the ‘real’ needs of shrimp farmers. With determination and passion, they established Tepbac — a dynamic and innovative enterprise as it stands today.
🌟 Today’s event also served as an unexpected reunion between Prof. Hung Le, a beloved figure in the agriculture field, and the Tepbac team 💚.
🎯 “The desire to deliver real value to farmers” is the common thread that connects us. This shared vision inspired us to explore collaboration right from our first meeting.

ℹ️ Tepbac is pioneering the development of technology platforms for aquaculture, aiming to create a comprehensive ecosystem centered around farmers. This ecosystem connects input suppliers, output markets, aquaculture techniques, farming support equipment, and laboratory services within farming communities. Currently, Tepbac has connected with over 5,000 shrimp farms, applied across more than 1,500 hectares, and reached over 30,000 users.
