📢 On December 5th, 2024, IPSC and VNF co-hosted a sharing session to discuss the results and experiences of market expansions, as part of the Pioneering Enterprises Support Program*. The discussion welcomed representatives from AED, USAID, IPSC, VNF, Tien Thinh (Tien Thinh Co.,Ltd), Viet Trang (Viet Trang Handicraft), and consultants.
🗨️ Market development is inherently challenging, but expanding into the B2B sector presents even greater difficulties. For pioneering companies offering innovative solutions, this challenge is intensified, as we must not only educate the market but also identify the suitable approaches. Acquiring a new B2B customer often requires a significant investment of time and resources — ranging from 6 months to even 3 years — to build knowledge and customize the best solutions for each customer.
During the session, many stories and insights were shared. Everyone agreed that collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and creativity in market access strategies are vital for sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive business landscape🤝.
