📅 On December 24th, 2024, VNF in collaboration with the Center for Information and Statistics on Science & Technology Information of HCMC (CESTI), organized the seminar “Production technology for value-added products (Protein hydrolysate, Chitosan, …) from shrimp farms and processing factories by-products” at HCMC Technology Transfer Portal. The event attracted over 100 participants both in-person and online, presenting sustainable, eco-friendly biological solutions to enhance economic value.
💡At the event, VNF shared our production models from shrimp by-products and introduced value-added products such as Protein hydrolysate, Chitosan, Astaxanthin, and Probiotics. In addition, leading experts, including Mr. Huynh Van Quoi (horticulture), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Hung (aquaculture), and Dr. Ngo Hong Phuong (pet care), shared practical experiences of using VNF’s products, highlighting the exceptional benefits these solutions bring to aquaculture, animal feed production, crop cultivation, and other industrial sectors.
