The timeless melody of “Come Back to Sorrento” reminds us of home—a place where meaningful journeys begin, where valuable lessons and cherished memories are preserved.
🏠In the same spirit, VNF’s success is shaped by the dedication of a united and talented team. Those who have been part of our journey, no matter where they are, always find their way back—whether directly or indirectly—bringing invaluable experiences to share and inspire the next generation.
With that spirit, on January 14th, VNF was honored to welcome back Mr. Phan Thanh Ngoc, one of the most outstanding ex-VNFers. After dedicating five years to the company, he earned admission to the prestigious MBA program at MIT and is currently working at McKinsey, a leading global strategic consulting firm. Despite a short winter break and a busy schedule of two MBA Talk Shows in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, he graciously made time to return to VNF and shared his valuable experiences and insights.
✨During his insightful sharing session, Mr. Ngoc highlighted the significance of working with clear intentions and maintaining a proactive mindset—keys to career growth. Mr. Ngoc is currently continuing his journey of advancing sustainable initiatives at MIT, believing that sustainability serves as the cornerstone of a brighter future.
VNF sincerely thanks Mr. Ted (Ngoc) Phan for the heartfelt and valuable insights shared during the gathering. The young talents at VNF were truly inspired and united in carrying forward the spirit of “Pay It Forward,” continuing to support and share experiences with the next generation.
