✨ Vietnam Food (VNF) is pleased to announce the seminar “PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY FOR VALUE-ADDED PRODUCTS (PROTEIN HYDROLYSATE, CHITOSAN, …) FROM SHRIMP FARMS AND PROCESSING FACTORIES BY-PRODUCTS”, take place at Techmart Daily, HCMC Technology Transfer Portal on December 24th, 2024. The seminar is part of the activities of the 2024 Technology Transfer, organized by the Department of Science and Technology of HCMC in collaboration with the Center for Statistics Science & Technology Information.
💡 With the aim of enhancing the value of aquatic by-products and promoting sustainable development in aquaculture, animal feed production, crop cultivation, and other industries, the seminar will introduce our production models from shrimp by-products, such as Protein hydrolysate, Chitosan, Astaxanthin, and Probiotics, that can be applied across multiple industries.
